Thanks to all who attended Winterfest™ 2013. Great Event. Great Attendance and great Weather.
We had 200 entrants for Drivers Eduation and 125 Race entrants with 100 co-drivers in the 5 days of Racing.

Now its on to Road Atlanta with a Private Test Day on Friday and the Drivers Education and Racing on Staurday and Sunday.

We have full compliment of instructors for DE Saturday and Sunday.

For CORVETTE owners – 2nd Annual Corvette Classic

Come and join High Performance Promotions and International Palms Resort & Conference Center for the 2nd Annual Corvette Fall Classic. This year we will be holding our biggest event of the year at the International Palms Resort & Conference Center located at 1300 North Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. The show will be held on Friday, November 2nd; Saturday, November 3rd; and Sunday, November 4th. Registration is $25.00 day of show and $20.00 pre-registration. All pre-registrations must be in by October 31st at mid-night, no exceptions. To pre-register, please email your name and car information to Bob at pennsboro1j@cfl.rr.com. This year’s event kicks off on Friday; Nov.2nd with a Corvette Only Cruise from 6pm to 9pm. Mambos Bar & Grill will be open to provide food, drink, entertainment and trivia. We will be starting EARLY REGISTRATION from 7pm to 9pm at the cruise. Come early and register your car the night before the show. Then on Saturday, Nov.3rd the 2nd Annual Corvette Fall Classic Show will be held from 11am to 4pm with registration starting at 8am until 12pm. Awards will be at 4:30pm. The first 50 cars registered will receive a goody bag and a dash plaque. This will be a people’s choice show. You will receive your ballot when you go to the registration table when you arrive. Music will be provided by DJ Joey playing a mix of the oldies. There will also be giveaways, a 50/50 drawing plus there will be CASH PRIZES. The award categories will be Best in Show, Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Paint, Top 3 in each generation class, largest club, and furthest driven. The resort’s promenade will host a variety of vendors. The night of the show we will be having another Corvette Only Cruise from 6pm to 9pm with food and drink & entertainment plus trivia at Mambos Bar & Grill. On Sunday the resort offers a breakfast buffet, available for purchase.

If you are interested in spending the weekend or just one night, rooms are available at the International Palms Resort & Conference Center for a special Corvette Owner rate of $75.00 plus taxes a night for a standard room only now thru September 1, 2012; after this date those rates increase to $89.00 plus taxes a night for a standard room. In addition, if you spend the night you will get a $10.00 breakfast coupon per room. The next event is Nov 17-18 at the Barber Track in Birmingham AL. Its a beautiful facility and a very techinal track with lots of corners and elevation changes. The leaves should be showing their Fall colors for this event. This a two day event with Drivers Education and PBOC Points races both days. Register soon.

Kids Racing for Life Charity Event Sept 7-9

PBOC invites you to the Races and Drivers Education event at historic Sebring International Raceway. This is also a Charity event for Kids Racing for Life. We will be giving the kids, many of whom have been ill with cancer, and their siblings and family members’ rides on the track in race cars and street cars.

We have set aside time Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to noon for these rides. If you want to give rides in your high performance street car, or your race car with passenger seat, we will have a sign up sheet at the event.

PRIVATE TEST DAY AND INSTRUCTOR SCHOOL: On Friday we have planned a private test day for Qualified Solo, Super Solo drivers and Racers who want additional track time. We will only accept 20 cars for this Open Test day. The cost is $500 for the day.

In addition, we will offer our PBOC Instructor training for those who wish to become certified PBOC Instructors. Minimum requirement is Solo qualification. Space is limited to ten and cost is $100 for the course.

DRIVERS EDUCATION VENUES: Drivers Education for Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Students on Saturday and Sunday is available for $395. One day entry fee is $275. Instructor entry for Sat/Sun is $50. Solo Entry fee for Sat/Sun is $395.

A one day entry is $275. The PBOC Super Solo™ run group is available at this event on Sat-Sun. Super Solo™ drivers please register as Instructors or Solo as appropriate. Convertibles: BMW Z3 with fixed rollover protection, the Z4, Porsche Boxster and the Mini Cooper are ok. ALL OTHERS must call for approval.

RACING VENUES: PBOC Points Races: On Saturday and Sunday there will be two 20-minute Sprint Races with 25-minute qualifying session each day. A one-day Race entry for Saturday or Sunday is $300. A Sat/Sun Race package is $475.

Summerfest at Sebring

The next PBOC event is July 14-15 at Sebring International Raceway.
